Shimano Ocea Sardine Ball 150S Flash Boost

Featuring Shimano’s market leading Flash Boost and AR-C technology, the Ocea Sardine Ball is a sinking stickbait designed to be cast amongst frenzied bait balls. At 150mm and 71g with through wire construction, this long casting baitfish imitation features an erratic darting and fluttering fall action.

The patented Flashboost system uses a reflective mirror that creates a continuous flash within the body through kinetic energy. Combined with four exciting colours, this lure will attract hard-fighting pelagic species every inch of the way back to the boat.

Shimano’s new and patented FlashBoost technology incorporates reflective mirrors suspended by miniscule springs inside your lure, which adds subtle, yet effective action from the sun, IJV rays and all movement. Even when you pause or stop your lure, FlashBoost technology continuously works and flashes from the use of kinetic energy.

AR-C

This unique system adopts a moving spring weight. At the time of the cast, it slides to the back of the lure, creating centrifugal force. This accelerates the lure, and during flight it stays straighter and is more direct, resulting in on average a 20% improvement in casting distance as well as higher accuracy. upon landing, the spring shifts the weight forward and the lure regains its balance and action.
